Coronavirus (COVID-19) Infection Prevention & Control Policy for LittleLAB

After careful consideration, and with the current Government guidance regarding social distancing re COVID 19,

We are reopening our beauty salon.

Steps to ensure your safety

As per the Government guidelines, we have carried out a comprehensive risk assessment of all of our services, processes, client journey and the salon environment. We are confident that we will be able to accommodate you all safely.

By running a minimal team and a maximum of three clients max in-store we are ensuring the safety of both our clients and staff.

We will be offering a reduced treatment menu based on the new guidelines so only hands and feet for now.

All bookings will need to be made via our online booking system

Your new LittleLAB Journey

Please attend your appointment alone.

Please arrive for your appointment on time, we no longer offer a waiting area so ask you to please wait outside and we will collect you for your treatment when it’s safe to do so.

We have provided sanitising stations to clean your hands on arrival and exit.

We have added additional screens to the Nail Bar for your safety. Staff will be wearing PPE and we ask you to wear a mask for all appointments.

We have added extra cleaning time between treatments to allow for the thorough sanitising of tools and areas.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a full menu of refreshments or magazines at this time. We will be providing water in disposable cups.

The bathroom will not be in use for the foreseeable future, this is an extra precaution so that we can create a safe environment.

Please be aware we are currently accepting card payments only until further notice.

We will be operating a beauty product collection service allowing only one person in the store to collect.

If you have symptoms of C0VlD-19

Health and safety of our staff and clients is our main priority so please contact us by phone if you feel ill or have symptoms of C0VlD-19, you will need to self-isolate immediately and not come into the salon. This may mean that I have to cancel your appointment at short notice. I appreciate that this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety. If your appointment is cancelled you will be able to re-book again at a later date once safe. If a staff member shows signs they will self-isolate immediately. They will only return to work when it is safe to do so.

Summary

We look forward to seeing you all and thank you so much for your support and cooperation with these little changes so that we can provide a safe and relaxing environment for you to continue to enjoy your favourite treatments.

We will be reviewing this service weekly and appreciate our customers' patience and support at this time.
