Detailed below are the delivery terms and conditions which apply to all transactions on the LittleLab website. Placing an order confirms your acceptance of these terms & conditions, so please read them carefully.
Dispatch
It is our intention to dispatch all orders received within 72 hours (Tuesday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Orders received on a weekend or bank holiday day, will be dispatched on the next working day available. All orders must be paid for in full and payment cleared before dispatch.
Our delivery estimate is 3 -5 working days.

Our standard delivery charge is £5.50 but additional charges will be added if the weight exceeds the £5.50 postage.

Free shipping on all orders over £100, ONLY applies to retail customers with an order product cost above the £100 threshold. Customers must choose the free shipping method, upon checkout, to be eligible for this offer.

Returns Policy : In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Littlelab will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on info@littlelab.co.uk within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we ill refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
If you wish to cancel an order before we have sent the goods, you must confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.
If you change your mind and wish to return a product after your order has been sent to you or after you have received it, then no problem. The following procedures will apply :
Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery'
The product(s) must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition ie. unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by LittleLab.
For safety and hygiene reasons LittleLab will not accept, for exchange or refund, any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. Sorry but unless the product(s) are faulty or do not conform to your order, we can not refund the delivery charge.
Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return.
Complaints : All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately where possible. The customer will be informed of all progress.
LittleLab reserves the right to contact customers regarding orders.
LittleLab reserves the right to deliver to the billing address only.
LittleLAb reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at the discretion of our management.
In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988 we do not supply any of your details to a third party, unless you have given LittleLab express permission to do so.
As a statement these Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
Sales on this web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
