In our Beauty Salon Bath, we want to offer a fresh alternative to the outdated counter service you may have experienced – that means no more intimidating up sell, no more perfume sprayed in your face, and no more feeling judged for still wearing last night’s mascara – just a relaxed and unique shopping experience, with expert advice on hand if you need it.
LittleLab was founded by Katherine Spreadbury, a professionally trained freelance makeup and hair artist, who has already acquired an impressive background in her relatively young years. She studied intensively at the Makeup Designory (MUD) in LA – one of the most highly regarded make-up schools in America – where she trained in the latest techniques from industry elites. Soon after this she was taken under the wing of Patrice Miranda, Chief make-up and hair artist to Madonna, Britney Spears and Sir Paul McCartney (although she would cringe at such shameless name dropping!) and gained invaluable insider knowledge.
She also learnt Professional Airbrush Makeup in New York with Temptu PRO, which proved very useful for later photographic work on large scale campaigns for the likes of Burberry, Littlewoods, the John Peel campaign, and Vogue.com. More recently, she has shared this knowledge and passion by regularly teaching at a top London institute, where she has found real joy in helping others understand the more technical side of the art of makeup.
At our Bath beauty salon we not only provide beauty services but also teach makeup to both complete beginners and professionals. We sell a range of ultra modern makeup and beauty products predominately from the U.S where Katherine trained to be a makeup artist. Come in and join our journey.
